Ed received his engineering degree from ITT Tech in 1968. Ed has over 30 years of electronic, technical and engineering skills in equipment service. Ed's experience has brought him from field representative to regional specialist in the 22 years he served with Eastman Kodak. Ed brings professionalism and high level diagnostic skills to the team. Ed's engineering skills allow Q Enterprises to customize add-on equipment to existing products to create a more productive workflow environment for our customers.

Maria has over 16 years of experience in the graphic arts industry. Maria began as a traditional typesetter and then progressed into desk top publishing. Earning her certificate in desk top publishing in 1990, she left the production environment to pursue a career in computer software training for a graphic arts dealer in the Chicagoland area. Maria brings to Q Enterprises the knowledge of computer software training and troubleshooting. Maria is now expanding her knowledge to assist our customers with the design and setup of web pages.

Gary has over 39 years in the graphic arts industry. He began working with Treck Photographic and has worked with other graphic art dealers in the midwest. Gary specializes in sales and service on various equipment and products.

Mark has 14 years of equipment service. His electrical and diagnostic skills are a great asset to the team. Mark also has excellent fabrication skills that aid us in the manufacturing of our add-on equipment accessories.

Steve has 18 years of prepress support experience including comprehensive knowledge of Mac hardware and software along with network integration of PC and Mac platform experience. Steve also has solid ICC color management background and is proficient in the sale of Sinar, Leaf and Phase One Digital cameras and equipment.

Dru received her Technical Graphics degree from Purdue University in 1994. From 1989 to present, Dru has been working in the prepress industry. Dru brings to Q Enterprises the ability of installing and networking of desk top publishing systems from the computer to the imagesetter.

Tim has over 20 years of equipment service. His electrical/electronic and diagnostic skills are a great asset to the team.

Frank received his Computer, Networking & Security Certificate from Chubb Institute in 2003. Since then Frank has been assisting us with our networking, security and PC client needs.
